Hi, I'm Manel, the journal founder and editor. I know that is not very orthodox to sneak in a paragraph without giving it a second thought. However, this is the Disclosing Social Science's first issue and I'm going to warm the stage up. Yes, I have uncorked this paper on sexual tectonics for the number 1 of our publication.
Since it is a sample, this paper has not been assigned by a double-blind procedure. However, I hope this content will encourage you to participate and we can set the bar high.
Disclosing Social Science is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Disclosing is recruiting now its staff, so if you are an open-minded and socially concious person and you are ready to join or publish that's the right place. If you also have a sound professional level in sociology, politics, statistics or akind disciplines, then you can collaborate in the Disclosing's Editorial Board.
